Flowers are seasonal and natural. Variations in color, size, and arrangement may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value.

4. Damaged / Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 2 hours upon delivery with photo proof. We will offer replacement or store credit. No refunds will be issued. Late claims will not be accepted.

5. Delivery Terms

Once delivered, the order is considered completed. We are not responsible for any damage after delivery.

6. Non-Refundable Items

All items are strictly non-refundable, including fresh flowers, soap flowers, customised bouquets, and promotional items.
