1. General

By placing an order with Sun & Moon Florist, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Substitution

All flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. In the event certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar or higher value flowers while maintaining the overall design and colour theme. All arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices may change during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Delivery fees are not included unless stated.

4. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm all orders. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Same-day orders are subject to availability.

5. Delivery

Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The recipient must be available to receive the order. If no one is available, the order may be left at a safe location or redelivery charges may apply.

6. Changes & Cancellation

Order changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for same-day or customised orders.

7. Refund & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds will be provided once delivery is completed. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof. No complaints will be entertained after 2 hours from delivery.

8. Flower Care

Flowers should be kept in a cool environment away from direct sunlight. We are not responsible for deterioration after delivery due to improper care.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services, natural deterioration of flowers, or incorrect information provided by customers.

10. Privacy & Photos

We reserve the right to photograph floral arrangements for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.
